Placing an Order

After receiving your order, MALAT may contact you to confirm your order and relevant details.

Every MALAT order receives personal attention from the founder, Tasbeeha Qudsia. After an order is placed, she may personally contact the customer to confirm the order and learn more about the person choosing to own a MALAT piece.

This personal confirmation is part of our approach to making the experience of owning MALAT a considered one.

An order is considered accepted once MALAT has confirmed it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability or inaccurate order information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled through the relevant payment method or payment provider.

Order Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

This includes:

• Correct product and size selection.

MALAT cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Because MALAT pieces are produced in limited quantities and each order receives personal attention, all purchases are final.

Subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, MALAT does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations for:

• Incorrect size selection.
• Personal preference.
• Colour preference.
• Failure to review product measurements.
• Failure to review product information before purchase.
• Orders that have already been personally confirmed.

Before placing an order, customers are encouraged to carefully review the product description, measurements, sizing information and other available details.

Personal Preparation and MALAT Certificate of Ownership

MALAT takes particular care in preparing each order.

Before an order leaves us, the garment is personally inspected and packed by the founder, Tasbeeha Qudsia.

Each piece is carefully examined, including its stitching, construction and individual threads, before being sent to its owner.

Each order also includes a MALAT Certificate of Ownership, marking your piece as part of the MALAT world.

Orders may also include complimentary MALAT bookmarks and stickers as a small gesture from us.

These complimentary items are gifts and are not separately purchased products.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the MALAT website, including but not limited to:

• MALAT name and logo.
• Product names.
• Designs.
• Photographs.
• Videos.
• Graphics.
• Written content.
• Website layout.
• Artwork.
• Brand concepts and visual identity.

is owned by or licensed to MALAT unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially use MALAT's intellectual property without our prior written permission.
